The Sergio went down a treat with many people reckoning it was a a Champagne, in the whites the favourites where the O’Leary Walker Polish Hill River Riesling, Waipara Springs Pinot Gris and the Rivera Fiano ( a wine a few thought was a top class grand cru Chablis!!). The reds where a bit more conclusive with the Ferme St. Antonin Plan de Dieu being the out and out favourite. And everybody found the Weemala Shiraz Viognier very intriguing and was probably the most commented on wine of the evening. A big thanks to all who made time to pop in and hopefully we’ll see you later today for our Wine and Chocolate tasting.
